The equipment list for a HPBX solution is based on if the solution includes the integration with a third party provider. The service is usually handed off to the customer on a Customer Premise Equipment (CPE) switch provided by Digicel or via use of the customer’s existing infrastructure. In some instances, these ports share the Data and Voice services: from the CPE, the phones are connected via the LAN ports and the PCs are connected to the phone’s PC ports. Audio Codes analogue gateways are also used where the customer wishes to integrate their existing analog lines.
